the new NID and cable.

and i upgraded the speed package on the dsl and had long distance put on the phone line.

 You have a new NID but still using in house filters?

They didn't put in a whole house filter/splitter style NID?

They actually sent a field tech out and analyzed the cable pair from your house to the DSLAM?

If so, then jwko's reply is the only recourse you have. Wait it out.

For me, the PADT disconnects went away with the NID upgrade and cable pair clean up.
