Still Not a Problem For Me

So much overreaction eh? I am using bittorrent right this second and the only (potential) change I see is that it takes longer for the upload speed to reach the cap I have set in Azureus.

Evanston, IL		 you do realize that the reason for upload is that you're only able to connect to encrypted peers, and that your download isn't affected in the first place?
