I've been using Comcast over three years now and must say that their Digital Voice, video, OnDemand and HSI have all been TERRIFIC!

HSI - 4+ years.
CDV - since June.

just wait till you actually have a problem, its a nightmare trying to get it resolved. i have been battling for over a month now trying to get a problem fixed. 50% packetloss 4-10pm everyday(longer on weekends)

NOT EVERYONE HAS THE SAME EXPERIENCE!

If everyone lived in your house, sure.. then your statement would be true... but your message just irks the hell out of me.

MANY people call in, work with the techs, problem resolved. Yes, SOME people have a harder time getting an issue resolved.. this is true in ANYTHING in life.

Really? you should talk to my parents sometime. They have been trying to get their service fixed for about a year running now. They are considering at&t for dsl service, as opposed to no service.

I am sure they will tell you all about comcast's "service" or lack there of.
