RockyBB :
said by ophelus :

Best Provider?
best provider is so terribly subjective. Two reasonable people living right next door to each other could find each other's VOIP provider to be so horrible. It all depends on your personal situation. There are about 50 decision criteria that differentiate the providers. If there was one provider that was "The Best" then no other provider would have any customers! What's best for me might not be best for you. If you want cheap but don't care about personal service, MagicJack is your answer. But if you want it to work each and every time, stay away from MagicJack. If you want it to work each and every time, you pick Nuvio. But if you want a free adapter, you stay away from Nuvio. If you want to see incoming name and number, you can pick Vonage. But if you want your name and number displayed when you call someone, you stay away from Vonage. See how it works? Decide which features are important to you, decide if you want the provider to give you the equipment or not, establish your price range, then start ruling out providers. When you're done, there will only be a few left to choose from -- and everyone's list will be different.
--
"Teleblend has an agreement with the Assignee to solicit and support former SunRocket customers."

By nature of the technology, fax over VoIP is not reliable. Some claim success (I am one), but it mainly depends on your connection type/quality, device, fax machine, and supported codecs from your provider. Still not 100% reliable.

TJ
--
TeleBlend- Your Local Broadband Phone Company????
