No, I sign people up all the time on month-to-month plans.

It's easier to sell that way compared to saying, "You're in a 6/12/24/36 month contract".

Gives 30 days notice, then drop your modem off at a local Bell World store, and lastly make sure you get a cancel confirm # and a receipt from the Bell World store saying you returned the modem.
