If Bell didn't wave the cancallation fee for me I was going to make a report with these people.

Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services Inc. (CCTS)

Has anyone had any experience with them? It may help out some peple that bell is giving a hard time... (which it seems to be everyone).

Well, their mandate does cover internet. But, they are a private entity with no legal powers. Not sure they could really do anything except harass Bell.
