Yes it seems the rest of the world is having the opposite problem. The opposite of what's happening to most isp's in Canada that is. I'd rather have the problem of insatiable bandwidth like the rest of the world rather than having capped bandwidth.
And if you read a site like TechDirt, they'll show you how it's all PR bullpoop. It's just telcom's wanting more government money, more breaks, and being allowed to slow down customers speeds. It's not true though, just propaganda.
