i to have recieved the same scam, they promised me unlimited on the new plan and have charged me 30$ extra 2 months in a row for additional bandwith. Now there charging me almsot 100$ month for CAPPED interenet, yes CAPPED, they capped it as of 3 days ago at 30kbs. I been getting top speed on my bell line for 7 yrs here, now all f a sudden im capped only on torrents at 30kbs and they refuse to admit its capped.
I to hope a bell rep is reading this, maybe they'll can think about people like me. I refer about 100-200 people I build pc's for to bell per yr.
