Try plugging your modem directly into the test jack in the NID and pull your stats again. If your DSL worked fine until you upgraded your speed, you are either too far for that package, or something on the line (in or outside) is dragging down your numbers. Also, post what the line stats are from the modem. Specifically the noise margin, occupation capacity, and attenuation. -- Splitpair for Techs forum mod |
