| I occassionally telecommute I have a boss that is pretty flexible. My position requires me to be in the office. However, if I have a function or something going on like an event at my daughter's day care, he would let me work from home so I could attend.
He has the ability to remotely tap into our machines via VPN but I believe we have earned his trust by our hard work and he doesn't think twice about sensible requests to occassionally work from home.
