I could see Buckeye actually offering that service. They keep right up with their services. Especially being a small local provider offering the speeds they do; 10Mbps x 800Kbps for $69.99 (with cable) hell even without cable its still not bad for the speed compared to DSL in Toledo or anywhere else in AT&T area that will never fully see either their DSL products.
