Re: Increase jpg size without loss in quality Well, since .JPG is a lossy format it's tough. Everytime resave one, it loses image data and can gain "artifacts"...those blotchy bits.
It really depends on how good the original is, particularly how big it is. Ya just can't make a 200x200 pixel image into a 5" by 10", there's just not enough data there. You cna downsize pretty easily, but not the other way.
Thats why Vector images are great, they can be resized every-which-way. 
If you want to post it, we can take a whack at it though. Just state the size you'd want it to be, and perhaps what the intended use is.
