Faut aussi garder en tete que Bell a appliquer pour ces tariffes a la CRTC, et ils l'on approuver chaque fois.

Alors, moi je crois que le probleme est plus avec la CRTC et le fait qu'il ne font pas assez pour proteger les consommateurs.

Et c'est pas comme il y a plusieurs avancement dans la technologie POTS qui prouve que des frais elever sont meme necessaires.
