Acanac - My VOIP account can't receive calls - HELP!
I'm using a Linksys PAP2 attached to a Trendnet router.
I set the SIP port at 5060 and I did port forwarding (UDP & TCP) on that port with my router. I tested putting my Linksys PAP2's IP on DMZ and it still wouldn't work. Is there something else I'm supposed to do?
I also tried the x-lite softphone with my windows firewall turned off. that didn't work either. Please, can someone tell me what I did wrong? thank you.
