[TIME WARNER] Explorer 8300

Alright, so I have my HDTV hooked up to my DVR, its new, and when I plugged it in too boot up. It displays "OCAP" on the front. I have let is set for several hours. I actually got some channels but it was only 2 through 78 and was not High Def.
I am confused I cannot find any help online and I would rather not go through Time Warner's call assistance again as they have no been any help... ever.

You will have to call and have them send a signal to your box to authorize your package.

Or, you can let it sit for another week.
