 | Our Report Card This was the most thorough review ever done on the magicJack.
So how is my report card with the magicJack in Beta.
The most encouraging thing is that we have a tremendous amount of potential, based upon the Grading of the Voice quality-the best on VOIP was mentioned in the review. This makes me very proud,as we have worked so hard on it and the bulk of our investement lays in the Network. We are about to do a few things that will make it the best Telephone Voice quality ever, in my opinion.Without having the best voice quality,we would not have the potential to get a 100 on our next report card.
Areas to improve and how we will do it 1.reliability-we have just upgraded over 65 servers and only have a few left.We also recently added more redundant servers. The last of this will be done next week
2.Our Free voicemail-this is the last server we are making redundant. For security measures we disabled some features and just yesterday put them back in.After the other server is added,I expect things to be wonderful
3.Reg and Prov servers. They should be super by the end of this weekend with the only risk being a very important upgrade next week to the softphone. If this goes well,we should be super here as well.
4.Customer service-It has improved leaps and bounds, but not perfect yet.We need some more fixes in magicFix and we need the product not to cause any CS.That is what we are focused on and their will be some great changes over the next 60 days.I believe our customer service is the best and we have much less customer service than any of our competitors. This is not good enough for us.WEe are actively looking for a monitor for a new forum,so if you have a candidate in mind, please email to Dan.Borislow@magicjack.com
5.security-It is true you can look up our skirt a little bit,but not enough to tell me the brand name of our Panties.Irregardless, this will be fixed very soon with a chasity belt in place.I want to add,we have more Session Border Controllers than anybody in the Business, and have the potential to be the most secure for a number of reasons. The design of the Network with so many distrubuted servers gives us huge advantages.
6.Phone Numbers-We already posses one of the largest selections of Phone numbers on our own Network. This will be increased when we add LA and our second round of the Network.WEe have every major city and all the NFL cities except for New orleans I believe. We will have all of them soon though.
Some people asked why magicJack.
1.Price-Nobody compares at just $19.95 a Year
2.Voice quality-Everybody wants to be heard
3.Ease of use-Hardest problems for many people is hooking up standalone device.Having the PC connected to the Internet already is a blessing. You will be able to point and talk on your computer soon with us.You can save contacts and many other items.Takes seconds to get going.
4.Portability-weisghs less than ann ounce and you can use headphones as well as a regular telephone.Take it to Europe and save $20 on your first call
5.History-The CEO Don Burns and I built and sold our Business which were valued in the Billions. It means something having done this before.
Happy Thanksgiving all
Looking forward to first report card out of Beta

SMCinAZPremium join:2000-11-29 Glendale, AZ | As always, lots of nice sounding words and pretty promises.
NOW DELIVER ON THEM INSTEAD OF CONTINUING WITH THE NEVER ENDING B.S.
Example: Your security right now is non-existant crap. FIX IT NOW SO THAT HACKERS CANNOT STEAL YOUR OWN ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
Saying things like we will be doing this or that "soon" is just hype and p.r. bull, just like these open ended promises here and your nonsense filled interviews where you deny what is in your own terms of service.
JUST DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO. NOW.
Lastly, a tip for you: The phone thing for gamer headsets: are you kidding me? Don't waste your time or resources on an unnecessay and unneded and unwanted product. Stick to making these Magic Jacks work like they should. |

I know you guys are working out the issues with the magicJack and I personally have had very few problems with it. That said, it's still waay ahead of Vonage with it's sound quality. I guess I don't ask for much as long as I can clearly communicate with the party on the other end of my line, and an area code for the Chicagoland area.
The magicJack is much appreciated - thank you! |

This is one of the most ridiculous and arrogant statements I have ever read. Simply adding additional levels of obscurity on top of a flawed system will not help. But, if it pleases you, go ahead and add a 'chasity' belt. I'd be willing to bet that a creative individual can circumvent anything you add.

P.S. Since you said it could not be done, here are is the brand name of your personal panties: ProxyUserName=E901217XXXX41 ProxyUserPassword=4937 (I've hidden some of the details, but left enough intact for you to verify that I am correct.) |

Don't forget us lowly souls in Jacksonville, FL. We've actually got a decent NFL team this year but no local numbers for the 904 area code. |
