If that were the case, then why even mention FiOS IPTV??? Why not just claim it as tests for backbone connectivity???

it's a accomplishment for them and they want to advertise at the same time(FIOS TV), and they did it on the outside edge of their territory(again big monkey theory) , there's a lot in that statement (inside industry statement that is )
