Re: Just wondering if others experience this time to quit or move on ... than again if you and your friend are the only ones keeping the place going than you can think of it as job security or still quit and come back as an expensive contractor. |

Figuring out how "1" and "2" actually balance out is always a fun game of "who blinks first". If you're going to play that game, it's generally a good idea to already have another job offer in hand.

Gretna, LA | I agree that I and the other tech are not irreplaceable, to think so would be conceited. We have done the "I'm not happy" routine to get a raise, and to voice our concerns about the work situation and then it will be peachy keen for a few months then its right back to old tricks by management.
As for myself most of the other job offers I have received are either contract work or one that pays considerable less than what I make or one with little to no benefits. |
