I heart ABP

Ad block plus, it works wonders and blocks about 95% of the ads I would normally come across. Website owners might hate me, but it's nice to surf the internet without seeing banner ads that could give me a seizure.

Ad Block plus also blocks out the ads that are part of the popup that allow you to opt out of the targeted ads. What I think you are "missing" is that it's not really what YOU see but what others see about you.

So yes you may have not seen that you have to click here to opt out of displaying you bought medicine to get rid of crotch crabs, but everyone else will see it.

I have ABP and it doesn't block this.

Really? You may want to ensure it is on and you are subscribed to a filter list, and that you have the most up to date blacklist. I rarely see ads online.

The true patriot is motivated by a sense of responsibility, and out of self interest -- for himself, his family, and the future of his country -- to resist government abuse of power. He rejects the notion that patriotism means obedience to the state.
