who thinks online advertising works at all? I mean with all the blocking methods out there... AdBlock Plus extension, Hosts files, DNS Redirector, etc.

Users with Firefox and AdBlock make up a good percentage of BroadbandReports users but a small fraction of the general web-surfing population.
