AdBlock->save sanity

I use both AdBlock and Flashblock with Firefox at home on a MAC, and when I use a public computer in the library I nearly go nuts with the beserk flash ads, popups galore, and simply obnoxious ads. I only use a public computer rarely! One week without AdBlock/Flashblock and I would go insane.
