... They want Verizon to stay, but they want Verizon's wireless subsidiary to get lost. This is a good reason why telecomm should be unregulated. Politics and politicians make decisions for their own interests(private & political) instead of leaving capitalism to make the most efficient use of scarce financial resources. The end result when politicians and regulators get involved will always be the same - higher prices and poorer service.
