We have been testing the waters on other job possibilities, although we do have job security where we are at, if we left they would be left high and dry with no one to be able to support 90% of the stuff we do, the other 2 techs are mainly A/V and desktop.
Sounds like just the leverage you need to effect some change. Use that to your advantage...
