djrobx : A reasonable mobile browser exists ... It's called an iPhone. You don't even need "lo fi" BBR when browsing with it. I used windows mobile for years and just can't beleive how much more usable the Internet is on mobile safari with the pinch and stretch action.

(and yes, I posted this from my iPhone) ;)
--
Laser eye surgery rocks!
raye : I preface this by saying I have a Windows Mobile Smartphone. The degree of "suck" is unparalled. It is not all Microsoft;s fault, but even if phone providers opened up and allowed freedom for development IMHO Microsoft Windows is not the OS to build a mobile platform. Even though there are reasonably good browsers available (i.e. Opera Mini) my telco provider will not support them. Opera Mini needs java to work; I think Microsoft also has an offering (I forget the name).

Internet connectivity on Sprint 3G is quite good. Phone technology has not yet caught up. iPhone looks promising; however no 3G or Exchange ActiveSync supports mean I will wait.
