We have done the "I'm not happy" routine to get a raise, and to voice our concerns about the work situation and then it will be peachy keen for a few months then its right back to old tricks by management. As for myself most of the other job offers I have received are either contract work or one that pays considerable less than what I make or one with little to no benefits.
