Re: Just wondering if others experience this I agree that I and the other tech are not irreplaceable, to think so would be conceited. We have done the "I'm not happy" routine to get a raise, and to voice our concerns about the work situation and then it will be peachy keen for a few months then its right back to old tricks by management.
As for myself most of the other job offers I have received are either contract work or one that pays considerable less than what I make or one with little to no benefits. |
