anon : If it is any consolation, I work for the contracting company that holds the Colorado Qwest contract and we are working on a large scale FTTN effort in Denver (surrounding areas) and Colo Sprgs. They have dedicated huge quantities of materials to this project and I think you will see some monster leaps in line quality and product availability in the near future at least in these markets. If you had any idea of the TRUE cost to make this project go you would simply fall over backwards.

HotRodFoto : Honestly, if they REALLY want to take off, then they should make a B-Line and go directly for existing Comcast customers. How? The answer is simple, Fiber us Qwest, and Fiber us as much as you can. Us locals are DYING for FIOS speeds, and none is offered here, (sans parts of Lone Tree which is choked) You make that investment and you can officially watch your customer base fly upwards. I for one would jump, fast as hell, if I got a flyer saying Fiber 20/5 available at $49.99 a month at my house!
--
Capturing the images of Colorado
»jdebordphoto.com
