Yes it is now going on 4 months for me. I am getting about 1/10th of the bandwidth I am paying for from broadstripe. Typically around 600 kb/s or less when I'm paying for 6 mb/s. They have sent people to my house, even pulled me a new line. Nothing has helped. The problem is obviously at their end. Total incompetence - except in the billing department. They are always able to take my money.
