I noticed that one as well.
I guess many down here in the U.S. consider 'North America' as the U.S. and Mexico (most of the south/west is an extension of Mexico anyways), and Canada is that 'other place'. I suspect that whoever put that 'North America & Canada' entry must live in the south.

Valencia, CA | Last time I checked, the Canadian dollar is worth more than the U.S. Dollar. I think Mexico is the 51st state... or maybe its the other way... U.S. is a part of Mexico
