It's not a fair fight to compare AT&T, et al in North America to those areas. That's just so not true, nice try at putting the rest of the world down to preserve your blushes though. I'm sorry to say that the vast majority of the rest of the world has no state subsidy to broadband provision, still it's as good an excuse as any for greed and underperformance from your incumbents on their DSL products.  |
