My buddy just called me about 20 mins ago as well and reported the same problem, but only certain channels (Action, Spike and SportsNet to name the few he mentioned).

| Got a call from my shut-in neighbour this evening that they couldn't get ExpressVu tonight. I turned on my TV. Signal strength is zero. Nothing out there. Anyone e3lse? Cause? Weather? Snow and fog here.
