I spoke to billing, not retention, I don't know if that made a difference. |

I left verizon last year and now they are offering me 14.95 for life for the 3MB service to come back. I would think they would also offer this to you to keep you. But when it comes right to the reason I left it was because of stuff like this. They don't care about you until you do leave. |

Sorry for your frustrations; however, I wouldn't give up yet. First off, billing isn't the place you want to be; however, they are well aware of this deal because they are the ones that told me about it in the first place. Anyway, my friends went through a normal service rep (sales I guess) and that is how they transacted the deal as I originally described. I'd make one more try to a sales rep before I would give up and this time, make them specifically aware of the fact that you know three other people that got it last week and that their contracts were not even close to expiration.
