| problem in Windsor area?
ok well im just wondering if anyone else knows about the "technical monster" that is going on around the Windsor are for the past few months which is causing everyone very slow speeds.. i got an e-mail from a bell subscriber who was told by bell that there is a really big problem and they do not know what it is or how to fix it. i'm from Harrow myself and having the problem with Teksavvy since they use bells lines.. anyone else having this problem? |

@teksavvy.com | Ever since the synch rate was boosted from one meg to three megs parts of the Windsor area has had problems. As far as i know they have never been resolved ever since way back when. |

Hah you mean that Windsor, after all these years, still has problems? The same ones from that long ago?

When I first got DSL a long time ago, I was paying for HighSpeed standard, when I called to inquire about seemingly low speeds, they informed me that I was on a 1M profile, and thats the best they could do. So the obvious reply was "So I have been paying for standard for over a year and getting Lite?" and quite obviously they told me "That is correct".
I had them check my area again recently and they couldnt guarantee me more than 1M. How to upgrade by Bell. |

yeah..it just sucks..cause even switching to teksavvy i still get these speeds. |
