Exactly What's the price? Similarly - sure you can get an unlocked iPhone in Germany...if you want to pay 999 euros (about $1,477US). yeah...they may be forced to sell them without contracts, but the law doesn't say "at the same price."

In order to 'open up' their networks, I'm sure that it won't be a 'complete' open network (as they stated they would open it to competing services... not wide open), and then they would charge competitors access fees

After all, they built the network and have every right to make money off it. I just hope the fees are reasonable ... but I'm not holding my breath.
