reply to telcolackey5 Sorry lackey, there is no competition. One only need compare FIOS TV packages to cable and satellite offerings, to see that they aren't working overtime to offer anyone a better price.
Folks in apartments without south-facing balconies are generally still trapped with only one choice: cable. Even if telco has an offering, two choices does not make for competition, just a duopoly.
