<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1220943"><b>Packeteers</b></A> : I pay Verizon $40/mo total for dry loop DSL here in NYC.<br>I used to pay $65/mo total for DSL & a POTS I never used.<br>since then I moved my POTS phone number to my Sprint Cell,<br>and still enjoy great low latency 3mb aDSL from Verizon.<br>I would have preferred using Cable for broadband, but the<br>basic bundle prices here in NYC are insane, like $115/mo.]]></description>
