I am having the same problem the last 2 days with outlook 2007, trying to figure it out now.

Your POP3 server should be port 110 not 995....Or at least that is what we use out west....for SMTP...and I use 110 for TSI as well.....

Try changing it and see what happens...

Anytime SSL is turned on (and it's needed for the HM platform) the default port changes to 995 and that's what it should be.

KevGib on the outgoing server can you change it from auto to SSL and see if that works.

Oh sorry,

Was not aware that Bell was using SSL for email... In that case the port setting is correct.... My bad...

It's my understanding that migrated accounts to the MSN platform don't use the b1xxxxxx ID and password for email, so if you've been migrated you would need the new password for your email account.
