| Your POP3 server should be port 110 not 995....Or at least that is what we use out west....for SMTP...and I use 110 for TSI as well.....
Try changing it and see what happens...

KevGib on the outgoing server can you change it from auto to SSL and see if that works. |

Was not aware that Bell was using SSL for email... In that case the port setting is correct.... My bad...
