my 1 year contract will be up in mid December, so in early november, i called to cancel the service by the end of contract, the rep asked what was the reason to cancel, i said i am going to signup earthlink wifi service, then i asked the rep about the $14.99/month 768k service for life with two year contract, initially the rep told me the deal has expired end of October, then i said well, i just received a promotion ad email about the deal extended to Nov 30, i told him i can cancel then sign up again, he then checked with his supervisor, and offered me to stay and gave me $14.99 for life at 768k with two year contract renewal |
