You absolutely can have dsl without telephone I myself have it with a different carrier a<br>nd its great for a rate of $19.95]]></description>

DSL signaling takes place on a totally separate frequency spectrum from traditional analog phone service, hence the ability of offering <i>line share</i>-based DSL service.<br><br>Verizon in NYC does it lazy-style by simply disabling the voice service features instead of provisioning a true data port to the CO.]]></description>
