| Same Problem
I moved from Anne Arundel County in Laurel to Prince Georges County in Laurel. I had the triple play in AA Co and loved my service. When I moved to PG County there seemed to be a problem with everything. The technicians had the wrong order and would only do what was on the order form. I had three different technicians come to my house each doing one simple thing (only what was on the form) and never got the problem fixed (slow internet). In AA Co, the technician worked diligently to find and fix any problems in one trip. |
