Je suis d'accord. J'ai justement écrit ma position sur un autre forum.

Ce n'est pas la responsabilité de Vidéotron. Par contre, les agents du soutien technique prennent le temps de sensibiliser le client aux risques potentiels quand ils sont informés que le client possède ce type d'équipement, la majorité du temps en tout cas, ce qui est déjà bon je trouve.
