When I got ISDN through Ameritech, they told it would take 2 weeks. In reality, it took a month and I had to bug the living crap out of them. They should know when you call whether you can get ISDN service. They said it would take up to 30 days for them to get the results and they would call us to let us know if we are eligible to get it or not. Does anyone know what exactly they do for this testing?
