Just for giggles, please explain (apart from the electricity), how it costs ANY money to move traffic? Oh, wait, it DOESN'T. Once you've paid for the equipment, once you've paid for the circuit, there is NO COST. It costs the same to move 1MB of data as it costs to move 1TB of data.
Look at it this way. THEY OWN the network. PERIOD. There is NO COST to move DATA over their network, once they recoup the cost of hardware,setup, etc. THEY DON'T PAY to PEER.
