Extreamly slow downstream

I have the highspeed (not ultra) version of Sympatico, and my downloads have been no faster than 10kbps where as just two days ago it was around 500kbps. Anyone know what's going on with the connection? Thanks.

Read the forum with hundreds of posts on the throttling of torrents and P2P stuff and the inadvertent throttling of non torrent traffic if torrents are active.

If you're not talking about slow torrent downloads, then you need to face the folks at 310 Bell and if you get nowhere, come back here and talk to the folks in the Sympatico Direct forum.
