| No support at all
I have had the service for over two years. I had a fire and was out of the house for 7-8 months but still had to pay. Couldn't even put me on hold and extend my contract. Now I have issues and I can't get in touch with anyone. I email and call and leave messages (can't get a live person) and I get no response. I have decided to switch to another company because I have to reboot this service about every 15 minutes and can't get assistance to correct. I find there is basically NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT day or night. |
