Or, if you prefer, go to sprintusers.com and search around the find the Executive Services number. That group is specifically charged with fixing problems like this, and has been reported as being very helpful. |

I'm going to try the store tonight. I've had very good luck there. I've only been there twice - once when I signed up, and then once when I screwed up paying the bill and had to get it resolved (my bad, not Sprint's). The manager is great, and he even remembered me on my 2nd visit! How often does that happen? I was impressed.
But if that doesn't work, I'll try eCare next, then Executive Services. |
