Re: Verizon Price Break for "Existing" 768kb DSL Customers I am paying $31.99 for the 3/768and have been since March. I logged into the www.verizon.net/greatrate and my account said I could get the two year commitment deal for the $31.99. I have been on the phone most of the day trying to get this changed to The $27.99. I was even told that the rate I am paying is because of the area or state I am in and that could not be changed. Anyone else in central PA paying this price?
I have a hard time accepting this $31.99 with being an existing customer and a new customer can get the service $4 cheaper for life. I have made up my mind to fight Verizon like hell to get the $27.99. I intend to hound Verizon Customer Relations and whoever it takes to try to get this new price. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
