What software do they currently have?
Those baseline switches are simple but very stable, I've never run into any problems with them.
How long ago did you purchase them?
They should be covered under 3coms warranty. |

|  I purchased 2 Baseline Switch 2250 Plus switches for my company using, but they are very unstable: it needs reset once a week otherwise some equipments connect to them will cannot communicate with others (but other model switch has not this problem). Do anyone have such an experience? |
