I suspect the problem is not yet resolved at the Google level. I tend to ignore any results from .ru, .cn, .ro, .tw etc. - that helps narrow things down a bit.

According to the latest from Sandi the use of "site:" may invalidate the results.

And she says that "pavtd.com.cn" isn't odd enough to raise any alarms for the average user. I can't understand that.
