Actually, they DO realize the level of competition.. it was cable that brought competition to the market place to begin with. I also don't think that I'd say that cable is the red headed step child in the eye of the FCC... I don't think the FCC has a hard-on for cable, rather, Martin does. That's becoming ever so clear as more and more of the FCC people are putting space between Martin and themselves.
